What’s Included
A 3 month 1:1 programme with integrated community support designed to guide you into healing the relationship with yourself on a deep level, as well as being beside others that help you feel seen and heard. Over the 3 months you will work through regulating your nervous system, rewiring your beliefs about yourself and rising into the woman that you ARE.

The first month we focus on nervous system regulation, creating safety in the body, and reconnecting back to yourself.
Inside this month:
1× 90 minute kick-off call
2× 1:1 deep dive sessions
Tools & practices for nervous system regulation
Journalling prompts and reflection exercises to identify triggers and patterns
Regular check-ins and in-App support.

The second month we focus on shifting the internal beliefs, dismantling the harmful narratives and reframing self-worth.
This is where the magic starts to take place!
Inside this month:
2× 1:1 sessions focusing on uncovering core beliefs and rewriting your internal story.
Thought re-frame exercises, self compassion practises and re-wiring tools.
Audio/visual resources to support re-programming your subconscious thoughts
Regular check-ins and in-app support

The community element of Mine&Me has been designed to deep dive into topics, open up discussions & create a safe space for women to be seen and heard. The community helps with the on-going support, integration and a network of women who are walking the same path.
How it works:
We focus on a monthly theme e.g. confidence, action, habits, self-worth
Week 1 - REGULATE resource dropped e.g. meditation, breathwork, challenges for the month
Week 2 - REWIRE - live call with journaling, discussion, coaching & sharing
Week 3 - RISE resource dropped e.g. visualisations, journal prompts, action sheets
Week 4 - REFLECT - live call with sharing, reflection & coaching
