Energy Healing

Think of this like your phone or WiFi signal - just because you can’t see the energy, doesn’t mean it’s not there. When your signal is strong, everything flows smoothly. But, when it’s weak or blocked, things slow down or stop working altogether. Reiki works to clear those blocks and strengthen your “signal”, helping your body and mind function at their best.

It is a holistic practice that is a hands-on, hands-near healing method that helps calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance to your mind & body. It’s a way of restoring the flow of energy so that you feel balanced, focused and recharged.

Reiki can be used alone or to compliment other remedies that you may be using. It is a widely used practice, particularly in more Eastern cultures, that originated from Japan in the early 20th century (Known as Usui Reiki) and it uses the earth energy to provide grounding, calming and healing effects.

Reiki Seichem builds on Usui Reiki by incorporating the elements of Fire, Water, and Air to make it a more dynamic energy healing system. It works on a deeper emotional and spiritual level. This is from the rooms of ancient Egyptian and Lemurian healing practices.

I am attuned to both Reiki systems.

Who’s it for?

  • Navigating emotional challenges

  • Anxiety

  • Emotional overwhelm, low mood

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
