Why Community?
Our community is built on the knowing that healing in safe, supportive spaces with other women changes us on a biological level. Healing isn’t supposed to be done alone all of the time. The power of community & connection is transformational. This is the space where you feel seen, heard & supported.
The science of community:
Mirror neurons fire in response to what we observe in others. When we see safety, joy, vulnerability - we feel it too. It helps us regulate & rewire in real time.
Co-regulation is how our bodies sync with others. A calm, grounded group helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into healing.
Oxytocin, the connection hormone, increases when we feel seen and held. It reduces stress, boosts trust, and creates a sense of belonging (a human need!).
Shame dissolves in safe spaces. Being witnesses in your truth tells your brain that you’re safe, that you’re enough.
Neuroplasticity means that your brain can rewire itself. Repeated positive experiences in community literally rewire patterns of self-doubt, isolation & unworthiness.
